The environment is cozy and clean, wide variety of Switch games and board games are available here, me and my friends had so much fun while playing it. They have separated rooms for all customers, providing enough privacy and comfortand a BONUS point for me- I noticed they do provide sanitary pads inside female toilet!!! Overall i had a great experience here and definitely coming back on next time

The service attitude is excellent, the gaming experience is fantastic, and there are many types of games available. I really like the environment here and highly recommend everyone to come and play!

First off, I really want to thank the wonderful lady staff who welcomed us with such genuine smiles, patience, and amazing service. She explained the different game options clearly, gave helpful recommendations, and made us feel right at home from the start. The place itself is spacious, calm, and a really fun spot to hang out with friends. That said, during our visit, the group in the room next to ours got extremely loud and disruptive. Since the rooms are only separated by curtains, all the shouting and vulgarities carried straight into our space for almost two hours. I’m all for people having fun, but this was way over the top and made it hard for us to even hear each other, let alone the game. What really stood out, though, was how the staff handled it. Instead of making a fuss with the noisy group, the lady staff came over to check on us and offered to move us to another room further away. That little act of initiative and understanding honestly surprised me and left a strong impression. You don’t often get service like that these days, and it really showed how much she cares about the customer experience. Big thanks again to both staff members who were on duty that day. You turned what could’ve been a bad experience into a great one. We'll definitely be back!

First try boardgame cafe that has switch! The space is very cozy and comfortable, it has private spaces separated by curtains which is very suitable for introverts like me to hang out with friends ;) The space is also quite large, small rooms could fit around 4-5 very comfortable and the charge the price by room on weekends! very worth it ;) And the staff is very friendly at explaining the games and helping us with the joycon since its our first time playing Overall its definitely worthful and fun place to visit with friends, would definitely recommend it

The whole experience was amazing, as soon as you enter the premise, the staffs were super friendly and very helpful with inquiry. The prices are very fair and thoroughly explained before you book a room. The collection of the board games are constantly being expanded and the switch games collection is good enough for party of 4 and above. I cannot repeat enough how welcoming the staffs were, seeing them zoom around the hallway trying to tend to everyone's needs even when all the rooms are booked is incredible, with all smiles nonetheless! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a fun time playing board games/Nintendo switch party games. Just a note to add, you can also bring in your own food if the snacks provided are not to your liking, and if you book the unlimited time, you are allowed to exit the premise, get some food and then resume your session after the meal.
